Su Ürünleri Yüksek Lisans Programı
Su Ürünleri Fakültesi; temel bilimler, yetiştiricilik ve avlama işleme teknolojisi bölümlerinden oluşmakta olup, MEÜ. Fen Bilimleri Enstitüsünde “Su Ürünleri Anabilim Dalı” olarak tek bir Anabilim Dalı ile temsil edilmektedir. Su Ürünleri Anabilim Dalında 1996 yılından itibaren Yüksek Lisans, 2003 yılından itibaren de Doktora eğitimleri yürütülmektedir. Anabilim Dalı, temel bilgilere sahip ve sektörün sorunlarına pratik çözümler getirebilecek, analitik düşünme yeteneğinde, Su Ürünleri Yüksek Mühendisleri ve Öğretim Elemanları yetiştirmeyi amaçlamaktadır. Öğrenciler Su Ürünleri Anabilim Dalı temel bilimler, yetiştiricilik, avlama ve işleme teknolojisi bölümlerine ait zorunlu ve seçmeli derslerin yanı sıra ilgili diğer anabilim dallarına ait lisansüstü dersleri kapsayan ders portföyünden alacakları derslerle disiplinler arası çalışmalarla problemleri tanımlayarak çözüm üretebilecek yeteneği kazanabileceklerdir.
